I've​ ​dry​ ​pressed​ ​real​ ​China​ ​Berry​ ​blossoms​ ​from​ ​our​ ​trees​ ​this​ ​past​ ​spring.​ ​I​ ​love​ ​how​ ​when​ ​they​ ​dried,​ ​they​ ​remind​ ​me​ ​of​ ​a​ ​dragonfly.​ ​Quality​ ​glass,​ ​not​ ​resin.​ ​My​ ​work​ ​will​ ​not​ ​scratch​ ​or​ ​yellow​ ​as​ ​resin​ ​can.​ ​

PROCESS:​ ​I​ ​use​ ​the​ ​Tiffany​ ​style​ ​method​ ​of​ ​copper​ ​foiling​ ​glass,​ ​free​ ​form​ ​hand​ ​solder,​ ​apply​ ​patina​ ​and​ ​finish​ ​with​ ​a​ ​high​ ​gloss​ ​hand​ ​polish.​ ​My​ ​medium​ ​is​ ​glass,​ ​not​ ​resin.​ ​Glass​ ​does​ ​not​ ​scratch​ ​or​ ​yellow.
